Season the chicken. Generously sprinkle any of our fajita seasonings over sliced chicken pieces and use your fingers to press it in. Cook the chicken by heating a large skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with a drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and let it rest.

Saute the sliced bell peppers and onion in the same skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until caramelized.

Mix together. Add the chicken back into the skillet with the bell peppers, squeeze fresh lime juice on top and stir everything together.
Serve immediately in warm tortillas and add your favourite extra toppings.
