BLT CHICKEN SALAD

(Prep Time: 10 min |Cooking Time:10 min | Serve :4)

Regularly eating chicken can help you stabiliser your weight in a healthy way. Chicken is high in calcium and phosphorus, in addition to high-protein. Both of these minerals are beneficial to bone health.  

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (280 gram) rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup Lettuces chopped
  • ½ Avocado chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • ⅓ cup grape tomatoes halved
  • Olive oil & MEDITERRANEAN Seasoning Mix *for the dressing

 Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, chopped Lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate small bowl and stir well.
  3. Pour olive oil onto the chicken mixture and shake with MEDITTERANAN Seasoning Mix until everything is completely blended.
  4. Serve with crusty GF bread.
