BLT CHICKEN SALAD

Regularly eating chicken can help you stabiliser your weight in a healthy way. Chicken is high in calcium and phosphorus, in addition to high-protein. Both of these minerals are beneficial to bone health.
- 2 cups (280 gram) rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Lettuces chopped
- ½ Avocado chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
- ⅓ cup grape tomatoes halved
- Olive oil & MEDITERRANEAN Seasoning Mix *for the dressing
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, chopped Lettuce and tomatoes.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a separate small bowl and stir well.
- Pour olive oil onto the chicken mixture and shake with MEDITTERANAN Seasoning Mix until everything is completely blended.
- Serve with crusty GF bread.
