CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

This is a HUGE favourite Sauce amongst our customers! Here's how to make the infamous ARGENTINEAN CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
1 1/2 tbsp of ARGENTINEAN Seasoning Mix
1/2 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
100ml pure Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil or Grape Seed Oil.
Stir well and blend to thicken saunce.
TIP: Add 40ml of mayonnaise with 60ml Chimichurri Sauce for a Herb Mayo.
Makes a great sauce to drizzle over cooked beef, lamb, chicken, pork, roasts, tuna salad, vegetables or pasta.
Also drizzle over foccacia bread or crackers or use as a marinade for meat.
