CRISPY BAKED SALMON & SALAD

(Prep Time : 20 min | Cooking Time: 25 min | Serve: 4 )

 Ingredients

  • 4 x 90 gram salmon fillets
  • Mixed Greens
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tsp. PORTUGUESE Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Shake the PORTUGUESE Seasoning Blend onto top of salmon fillets
  3. Bake for 20-25 mins on 180 C
  4. Make a bed of salad greens.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on the side
  6. Arrange the baked salmon, sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes on top.
  7. Garnish with lemon slice before serving.
