CRISPY BAKED SALMON & SALAD

(Prep Time : 20 min | Cooking Time: 25 min | Serve: 4 )
Ingredients
- 4 x 90 gram salmon fillets
- Mixed Greens
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp. PORTUGUESE Seasoning Blend
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Shake the PORTUGUESE Seasoning Blend onto top of salmon fillets
- Bake for 20-25 mins on 180 C
- Make a bed of salad greens.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar on the side
- Arrange the baked salmon, sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Garnish with lemon slice before serving.
