PORTUGUESE CHICKEN & VEGETABLES

Ingredients
1kg of Chicken Thighs, cleaned and prepped
Selection of Vegetables to your liking (Corn, Pumpkin, Potato, Zucchini, Broccoli) chopped in medium portions.
Method
Combine olive oil, PORTUGUESE Seasoning Mix and salt into a small bowl.
Baste over chicken portions
Bake in oven on 180°deg C for 30mins, turning once.
Combine chopped vegetables into a large bowl, cover with olive oil and CLASSIC Seasoning Mix.
Lay on baking tray.
Bake in oven on 180°deg C for 30 mins, rotating frequently
Portion out your meals in containers.
