VEGETABLE STIR FRY
1/2 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup broccoli florets
3/4 cup bell peppers
1 cup snow peas
3/4 baby corn
1 tsp ARGENTINEAN Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water
Salt & pepper to taste
Chop all veggies into the same size
Heat oil in large pan or wok over medium heat
Add the carrots for 4-5 minutes until tender
Add the broccoli, bell peppers, baby corn and remaining vegetables with water to the pan
Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes
Season with ARGENTINEAN Spice Blend, salt and pepper
Serve immediately over rice if desired.
*Can add chicken or beef strips also if desired.
